Right of withdrawal (14 days)
According to the right of withdrawal act, as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without stating a reason.
Extended return policy (30 days)
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, Flexitrener offers a voluntary 30-day return policy from the date of receipt, giving you ample time to try the product.
Return conditions
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and preferably in its original packaging.
- Traces of use beyond what is necessary to examine the item may affect the refund amount.
- Always state your order number when returning.
How to return

- We will confirm the return and send you instructions.

Return shipping
Unless otherwise agreed, or the item is faulty/defective, the customer covers the return shipping cost themselves.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will refund the amount to the same payment method used for the purchase, normally within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Defective or incorrectly delivered items
If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@flexitrener.com – Flexitrener will then cover the return shipping cost, and you will receive a replacement item or a refund.
