Delivery Terms

Delivery Time

Normal delivery time is 6–10 business days from when the order is shipped. We do our best to send your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery Countries

We currently deliver to Sweden and Norway.

Shipping Carrier

We collaborate with PostNord, Earlybird, Citymail and Helthjem for the delivery of our products.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package all the way.

Delayed Delivery

Should delivery be delayed beyond the normal delivery time, please contact us at support@flexitrener.com, and we will help you track the package.

Incorrect Delivery Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address when ordering. Flexitrener cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Risk of Delivery

The risk for the item transfers to the customer when the package is delivered to the specified delivery address or pick-up point.
