2. Agreement

The agreement is considered concluded when Flexitrener has confirmed your order via email.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown excluding Swedish/Norwegian VAT, as the goods are sent directly from a supplier outside the EU and you as the customer are the importer of the goods — see point 5 “Taxes, customs duties, and import liability” for full information. Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout when ordering.

4. Delivery

Normal delivery time is 6–10 business days. See separate Delivery Terms for details on shipping and tracking.

5. Taxes, customs duties, and import liability

Flexitrener sells products without additional Swedish or Norwegian VAT, as the goods are sent directly from a supplier outside the EU. When purchasing, you as the customer are the legal importer of the goods, and you are solely responsible for paying any import VAT, customs duties, and other fees that may apply upon import to Sweden or Norway.

We are not responsible for these potential additional costs, and they are not included in the price displayed on our website.

By completing a purchase from Flexitrener, you confirm that you accept and understand that:

  • You are the recipient and importer of the product.
  • You may be invoiced for import VAT, customs duties, and any handling fees from the carrier.
  • We recommend that you check the applicable customs and tax regulations with Tolletaten (Norway) or Tullverket (Sweden) before ordering.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, as well as a voluntary extended return policy of 30 days. See separate pages Cancel your purchase and Return and Refund Policy for full information.

7. Complaints and warranty

Should the item be defective or not as described, you have the right to complain in accordance with applicable consumer legislation (Consumer Purchase Act in Norway / Consumer Sales Act in Sweden). Contact us at support@flexitrener.com.

8. Limitation of liability

Flexitrener is not responsible for indirect losses or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

9. Disputes and choice of law

Any disputes will be sought to be resolved amicably. To the extent that nothing else follows from mandatory consumer legislation, Swedish law applies.
