Undo your purchase

In accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, click the withdrawal button (further down the page) and fill out the form, or use the email button below. Once we have received your request, we will confirm it via email.

Important information

For us to process your request, you need to provide your order number.

  • If your order has not been sent yet, it can sometimes be stopped directly.
  • If your order has already been sent, the right of withdrawal still applies, but the item must then be returned in accordance with our return policy.
  • The right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the day you received the item, not from the order date.
